When my toilet clogged and was leaking through the floor into the basement they came out within the hour! They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and we very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them again!

Awesome service! Our boiler would not start up and we have a newborn in a freezing house. The employee that typically does these jobs was booked for a week, so Paul, the owner, came out within a few hours and stayed well past normal business hours until we had heat again. We would definitely recommend!

Called to make an appointment. Dispatcher was rude. I then called Service Professor and they offer the save service as Kentwood for half the cost and they're pleasant. Go to Service Professor instead and save some money and a hostile phone call.

Had a leak in my pipes behind shower. Water leaking behind walls through ceiling. Called emergency line at 7pm. Plumber said he could be there early the next morning. By noon the next day and gallons of leaked water in my walls later I called a different plumber to fix the problem who arrived immediately. 

If you have a problem that requires immediate attention I would not advise this company. Call a plumbing service who cares.

Dale is an extremely polite human. He's knowledgeable, quick and even stopped to show me what he was doing. I would highly recommend these guys if someone ever asked me!
