I would highly recommend visiting the aquarium for all ages. There is so much to learn about the ocean and the effects it plays to our planet and ecosystem. The aquarium is segmented into different parts for tropical, deep sea, prehistoric, and more.nnFor travelers, there are lockers for $1 that can fit about two full backpacks. This way you can securely stow away your stuff while exploring the aquarium.nnBe sure to enjoy the live showings of the sea otters and lions.nnThere are a few cafes around the venue so you can snack or enjoy some lunch in between. The halibut fish and chips were great and topped off with a fish coned ice cream.nn10 of 10 would recommend.
There was plenty to see in the aquarium with many different interactive exhibits. My son loved the clownfish corner and it was a great way to burn off some energy.nnOn a busy week day the aquarium was pretty tight and we found it difficult to find information on the animals. While there were maps around, it was also a little confusing to navigate.nnNot our favorite aquarium we have been to, but it was still a great visit and the park was wonderful to explore.
Lots to explore. Great for children and adults! We spent about 2-3 hours here. There’s a cool movie you can watch, a wet lab, and lots of information regarding the animals at the aquarium. Lots of food options available as well. My favourite part was the otters. There are events/activities happening at different parts of the day. Overall, worth seeing at least once in your life.
My kids love this aquarium. They were fascinated with the wide variety of fish and also during the feeding time. The restaurants and ice cream shops were good, too. It is recommended for families with young kids!
The Vancouver Aquarium is a sanctuary of marine wonder and discovery. Each exhibit is a window into the vibrant and diverse world beneath the waves, meticulously curated to both educate and inspire. The marine life on display, from the playful sea otters to the majestic sharks, captivates the imagination and fosters a deep appreciation for our oceans.nnThe staff, with their profound knowledge and passion, enhance the experience, guiding visitors through the intricate tapestry of aquatic ecosystems. Interactive displays and educational programs further enrich the visit, making it both informative and delightful for guests of all ages.nnThe Vancouver Aquarium is more than just a destination; it is a beacon of conservation and education, reminding us of the beauty and fragility of marine life. A visit here is a journey into the heart of the ocean, an experience that leaves one both awed and enlightened.
