Good variety of dog food. The only type I'd wish they would have more options for are jerky type freeze dried dog food. However, I haven't seen any in BC aside from Ziwi Peak.

Nice clean store since they relocated they're not as customer-friendly lots of times they do not have what you're looking for so you have to go somewhere else on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give this a 5

Very friendly staff, helpful and honest. You can tell they care about animals a lot here.

Fish are way overpriced and most are not in great health. Poor water quality and a very small selection of fish/plants. Staff is friendly though.
