We only shop at Mr. Pets for our pet supplies. If they don't carry something in stock they will happily order it in for you. All of the staff are friendly and super helpful.

Great store!  Mr Pets in Mission has the nicest most helpful staff, they are all so friendly here I live in Abbotsford and while I like the Mr Pets location in Abbotsford it's night and day when I stop in the Mission store it's such a welcoming environment the staff are so nice, happy and the most helpful. They give me so much more information about products and tell me info that the other location has such as return polices, I've never been told about that in Abbotsford, if they haven't had what I'm looking for they offer to order it for me. They told me when trying new pet food if it doesn't work I could return it if there's at least half a bag left. Would have been nice if Abbotsford told me this as I had a few bags go to waste, I'm so impressed with this location they are all so easy to talk to and go out of their way to help you, in my opinion this is the best pet store I've visited, I'm blown away by how excellent they treat their customers.
