They were very helpful in finding a dog food that works for my pup's myriad of food sensitivities, and offered some advice and options on how to expand her very limited diet. Prices are reasonable for the high quality brands they carry. All employees were kind but not overtly affectionate with my dog, which was a relief, because she is shy and is often spooked by direct affection (having her head patted without warning).

Every time I enter this store I am immediately greeted, with a smile, by at least one of the amazing staff members. They are exceptionally helpful, providing advice when needed and sharing their extensive knowledge of the products they sell and the ingredients in them. I have the most picky little Chihuahua EVER and have wasted at least $250 on foods that she will love one day and turn her little nose up at, the next. The staff at Oly's have gone above and beyond to provide me with many, many samples of foods and treats so that I can try them before I spend any more money. Oly's staff are not just in it for the money. They truly care about each beloved pet and the people that cherish them. They don't have as much of a selection as a big chain store but what they have is top quality for a fair price. They are also a satellite adoption centre for the SPCA. You cannot buy, and will NEVER find, a puppy mill puppy there. They care about animals too much to sell pets. No one should be allowed to sell pets, in my opinion. There are far too many lovely fur babies out there that are already searching for their furever home and Oly's helps with that cause. Oly's will always be my 1st choice and I would highly recommend them to everyone. After all, if it wasn't for Oly's, I wouldn't have the love of my life...my adorable little Chihuahua, Sweet Pea. Thanks, Oly's. Because of you, I wake up with a smile every day.
