Great helpful and friendly staff and wonderful selection for all kinds of pets. I love shopping here!!

Alot for dogs and cats and good clean aquariums. Not cheap. Unreliable for ordering in what they say they will. Even special orders seem to go ignored. There is a new pet store that is not locally owned and their prices are considerably lower. Heat lamp 20 dollars less. I even gave them the chance to match price (or move at all on it) so they could still get my buisiness and they weren't interested. They wont be around for much longer this way. I have a reptile and in order to get feed i usually end up waiting a few weeks for my feed and then having to go to Oscars Aquatics all the way in gibsons in the end to get it. I dont like starving my pet waiting for my orders to NEVER come in! And when they do A DEAD RAT IS $9!!!!! SERIOUSLY GUYS?!?! I LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES ON THE COAST!!! But they make it very difficult for me to give a good review which sucks. If they get it togeter with their pricing and reliability with ordering in feed I'd be thrilled to change this reciew!!! Cmon guys, let me help you out and change these 3 stars to 5!!!

We popped in while walking around in the downtown area. They have a good selection of cat/dog items, along with some fish/reptile/bird items further in the back.

I used to only shop at All For Pets as they had great customer service and great products. I no longer shop there nor does my family and neighbours due to poor customer service. It's a shame as they used to have a wonderful staff that were attentive, they have wonderful products and the new store is beautiful.
