I do not recommend online ordering from this shop. I think they scammed me. I ordered a year ago, and gave them time because of winter and pandemic. I only received 3 updates the first month about delays, and then never received the order, a refund, or any explanation. I chalked the 158$ up to a loss as there are so many scams going around, but I thought I should warn others. It's order #39170 December 15, 2021.
Ordered many times from Valley aquatics. Always top notch shrimp. When shipped well packaged and insulated and never any doas. Highly recommend to all my friends and to anyone wanting quality shrimp. If they were closer, I'd visit them daily for my shrimp addiction
We came all the way from Burnaby to Abbotsford only to find out the business is closed or moved.. Even knock on the door at 8pm where the new owner told us there’s no such biz here Called several times and no answer..what a waste of time
Really nice stuff, got some super high quality rocks for my fish, made my night. Really nice owner. Literally going to be gushing over my silly rocks all night really made me happy made my week. Super excited to get my plants glued down for my baby betta thanks again

I'm actually speechless, I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience with this vendor. The package was well insulated, shipped promptly, came in time, and generously arrived with 10 shrimp of my order of 5! That's more than double the amount I had ordered, a very clear and courteous establishment, I endorse it completely :
I believe it was the owner who helped me but he was SO SO nice and the shrimp are beautifully bred/colored. I would highly suggest anyone give them a call looking for some awesome shrimp at very reasonable prices to what I have seen in the city. The shrimp are WAY HEALTHIER than the ones I have purchases at other shops. I will be a frequent customer when I need more shrimp.
These guys are always great. It's a business out of their house so the hours of operation might be a little wonky but it's worth coming in the evening. Very fair prices and they have a great collection of aquatic shrimp that won't break the bank. I'll keep coming back to them over and over!
Beautiful shrimp. Great prices! Matt was very kind and tried to accommodate my requests. Thanks to you, my orange sakura female is berried now! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into shrimp.
