Vancity Credit Union Br. 34 -Abbotsford community branch

Awful customer service, totally disrespectful and terrible. Had a tell tell me to my face that he could not close my account because there was a line up of people. Filed a complaint with the branch manager and their head office. If you're looking for customer service and proper explanation of banking processes I suggest you go somewhere else. I am now a happy customer of RBC

Was waiting about 30 mins in line, didn't move anywhere. My 4 year old daughter had to use the washroom, so we asked the lady if there's a washroom she could use and she said "No, not for public use, there's a coffee shop across the street". She was a peach to deal with. Never setting foot in there again, closing my account and cancelling my visa with them.

The tellers are polite and professional, however, the line-up is a constant problem every time I come. This isn't a auick in and out branch. There is a small play area for toddler's.
