Where do I begin, I had entered this branch because I needed a replacement debit card. I was sat in the room with one of the ladies and immediately she began to bombard me with questions, the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! My second piece of identification that I needed for my travel was taken from me and not returned, one of the other ladies even had the audacity to laugh at me when I desperately tried to get it back. The staff here doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anybody if you have a white complexion, clearly they discriminate.

Unfortunately, the experience hasn't been great. The bank is clean, on the other hand, the staff hasn't been accepting or polite.

The staff inside the branch at the tellers etc are very helpfull and nice. However the Imperial service is an absolute joke now. We had a few very helpfull financial advisors in the past, but now we send 5 emails over a series of a couple of months without a responce. I even emailed our financial advisors manager over a month ago and have not heard back yet. Extreamly dissapointed that they have let the service get so bad. I guess I have to look for a new financial institution

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I had a meeting with Nanki a couple weeks ago she lied to my face and made me look like a complete fool when I went into the branch today and spoke to a different employee Sourav who attempted to make a awful situation better as best he could which I appreciate. Go to any other branch.

Very unhappy with the service provided. After 10 years of banking with cibc. They still don't trust me. Might as well be calling me a liar and a fraud straight to my face.

Most incompetent staff i have ever dealt with. Turned an easy 2 day process into 14 days. Would never go back to that location. And urge anyone and everyone to go somewhere where the staff actually knows their job. Painful experience!!!!

Usually quite quick. Greeters are helpful and they add a till quicker then most if there's slow customers or a rush.

A bit of a lineup on the way in, however the staff were very nice and were quick to assist with what I needed.

Change your hours on your phone system. I drove across town because it says your open until 7 pm !! It's Sept. 18 and your hours were changed as of the 3rd. Shouldn't take that long to update your systems. And it's a huge waste of time, I went to 2 different locations!
