Update on another transaction... ( will now be switching banks ) Sending a wire transfer in person at the bank .. all complete .. then get a call the very next day they need more fees and money and the transaction did not go through.. I have the receipt for everything and now you want more and did it incorrectly .. and you want to handle my life savings and businesses ... ? No thanks

Last time I went in here the teller was very rude and not helpful at all... there was no greeting when I walked up, like she did not want me to be there, and she gave me some attitude when I asked her a question. Disappointed with the "customer service" I experienced.

Phoned to what com branch.. just spent 35 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up.. assuming they just disconnected their phone as this isn't the first time. Multiple bad experiences here, same things haven't changed over 3 years that we've been coming here..

Opened an account online, came in to confirm everything and cash a check. The teller was very rude and I felt profiled, she treated me like some kind of scammer. Customer service doesn't seem to be a strong point at this location.
