Van Thai Restaurant

When I walked in, I was excited to try the new Thai place that has replaced a former noodle restaurant. The lighting is not too bright, the music is at the perfect volume and staff are attentive to your needs. Such as: offering more water or asking if it is too spicey, as well as double checking ingredients for dietary restrictions. Jack did not want to offer items that might have contained dairy. Very knowledgeable about ingredients, however it would be wise to have it listed in the the menu as well as gluten-free and Vegan or dairy free friendly. Large portions equal to the representation of cost to quantity to quality. I highly recommend this place for large parties and families especially for students attending college or university who can use leftovers. Dear students this is the place for you. Open until 11:00pm I believe. Attire, casual and great for a walk in wind down.

You will be surprised. Excellent taste and attention on the budget. It sounds too good to be true but it isn't. This is my first time but I'm already a regular. Well done Van Thai.

I ordered the mixed seafood yellow curry. Probably the best yellow curry I've had in recent memory. Lots of seafood in it. Nice fluffy rice. Definitely enough for 2 meals. The owners and staff are so nice! One helped me choose my meal. Very attentive and kind people. For sure going back!

Amazing food. We ordered the beef rendang and tofu eggplant, and they were both some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had!! Plus, the service is professional and friendly.

Definitely not authentic thai. Portion is so small. I ordered papaya salad togo. The portion is tiny. And they put bell pepper and cilantro in it which is weird. I give two star because the service is nice.
