One of my favourite restaurants in the River Market. Chicken tenders are very tender. The beef brisket is usually sold out... for good reason.

Wait times were horrendous ... the food was decent but portions were small... the house made ice tea wasn’t bad... it was noon and there was no brisket available... the bonus was that they had friendly service though ! No coffee served at breakfast :(

Pros: - The fried chicken was amazing...the skin tasted so good! - Better than average beef brisket Cons: - the coleslaw was pretty bad, it either tasted like it was overdressed or it was stewed in dressing for a couple hours or it was old - the southern ice tea was mediocre, (it tasted like Nestle ice tea from the can) - the prices are pretty expensive for what it is, as in not the biggest portions I would just come back for the fried chicken

A little on the pricey side, but their fried chicken is amazing. Not to mention the spicy chicken sandwich. Some of the best fried chicken around for sure
