Second and last time we will go there. The service was terrible as previous reviewers stated everyone seemed to be served but us. Asked numerous times for water and finally had to go get it myself. It took an hour and a half for dinner. 4 appetizers and dessert and we were early before the rush. Food was good except the menu is very limited and does not change. No specials to enhance the menu. Seems like a team effort in serving but that totally fell short. Surprisingly there were quite a few servers but people were not being served. More responsibility should be put on the servers and specific tables should be allocated and that server should be responsible. Both times we had the same experience of being ignored as were many others in the restaurant. Almost entertaining if you are not starving to see who they randomly serve and who they don't. Doesn't matter who is seated first by any means. Must be the personal preference of the servers .At one point all the servers were serving outside and none of the 4 tables inside were being served at all. Guess the servers preferred being outside. Needs to be better organized..

What a lovely spot - beautiful view and super romantic ambience with the hanging lanterns. I had three meals here over a three week work trip and they exceeded my expectations every time. Service was friendly, attentive and prices are very reasonable - I love how much Wild Rice was filling to customize my friend’s meal to fit her dietary needs and how consistently delicious the food was - it’s a very creative and wonderful menu. Thanks for such a great experience, I will be back anytime I’m in the area. :)

Visited with a large group and very much liked Wild Rice and will be back. The food was good and the portions were very large (no need for appetizers, although they too are good). A nice room that opens up onto the Fraser River. Good service. Everyone in the group left happy despite very diverse tastes and eating preferences. Recommended.

Mixed Experience: The location is lovely and the Spicy Kung Pow Chicken is delicious. However, the server/owner is way too in-your-face, bragging non-stop about how free-range, gluten-free and organic everything is. We can read all that info on the menu. Doesn't he know it makes people feel uncomfortable when he carries on like a cheezy commercial.

We had the chicken wings, chicken skins, fried rice with prawns, and squid and yam fries. Great gluten free options, and the service was impeccable. We weren't feeling the chicken skins and orlur server was kind enough to take them off our bill. Overall we're looking forward to going back!
