Hot Bite Pizza & Restaurant

Buying pizza by the slice has been a favourite of mine since I was 4 years old, with my Nana living right beside here. So many good memories of good pizza and customer service!

I've ordered from here multiple times and the food is always awesome. But their customer service is nonexistent. They do not answer their phones... I've gone to the location and waited inside for my order and heard first hand the phone ring over 5 times and nobody bothers to answer it and I know they're not doing anything but talking in the back waiting for my pizza to cook. Good luck trying to get a hold of them to place your order for pickup or delivery.

Horrobile customer service. The prices listed outside are diffirent from the prices listed inside and also served me pizza with burned onions. When I complained to owner about the deceptive menu posted outside and the burned onions, he didn't care and said at least everything else is good. Was very arrogant, rude and failed to realize his mistake. And offered no compensation. Not the first time but definitely the last.

Prices displayed outside board and in the onside menu was different. Sloppy service as it took them 38 minutes to give me pizza (it was a take out) and that too with burnt vegetables. Spoke to the cashier and later, on phone with the manager. Neither of them were sorry for bad service.
