Ki Sushi Restaurant

Food is mediocre and for the price they charge, it is overpriced. I wouldn't mind it as much if the staff had a better attitude. Terrible customer service and they only treat regular patrons well. I have been there a number of times, but there is no improvement in terms of attitude. I waited 25 minutes for a Beef Don, and when I asked after waiting for 20 minutes, the waitress was horribly rude and didn't even look at me. She said they just opened. Actually no, they open at 11:00AM, not 11:20. I called at 11:00 before going there, and this was not a typical wait. This middle aged Chinese waitress who speaks both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese always seems to be in a dour mood; I've tried tipping more to be kind, but if someone is so dissatisfied and unhappy with her job, then maybe she should quit and go elsewhere rather than making those around her miserable. Well, sorry then, I will NEVER come back.

Quite overpriced for how small the portions are especially the spicy tuna sashimi and the prawn tempera. They were thinner than my skinny index finger. Im still hungry. Spicy tuna roll was okay. Very good service and overall the food was good. Came very fast. The server had the nicest ass I've seen on an Asian guy so I'll probably come back.

Food here is not bad. For the price, I'd say 7/10. I gone here with a friend a few times and we've not had any bad experiences. Good place for me personally because it's close to the skytrain station and my school.

A very disappointing experience tonight at Ki Sushi. The food was great, so was the service... But my partner ordered a smoked salmon roll. When it came it was a California roll with smoked salmon on top. He can't eat mayonnaise so at the end of the meal, when it was untouched, he told that to our waitress. She went and spoke to the manager and he said it was my partners fault for not saying something before he ordered it. The menu doesn't list the contents of the rolls so we assumed it was like any other smoked salmon roll. Anyway, they charged us for it! Seems like bad practice to lose customers over 5 dollars. Also I didnt get the ice cream that was supposed to come with my meal. Not impressed.

Wild Salmon was a beautiful color and soooooooooo nice. They do not serving Farm salmon. Price is affordable and nice layout. Quick serving but quality sushi.
