I usually like fresh slice but Girl named Navneet , really rude .. throwing out the card terminals and plates at you . I might seitch to garden pizza

Typically love freshslice pizza, I go almost everyday for lunch or dinner and everytime I use this location to pick up during my lunch at work something goes wrong. Once they sold my pizza to another family so I had to wait for them to make me a brand new one after I had made the order prior to arriving, and on numerous occasions including today I gave them 25-30 minutes to prepare and it wasn't even started. I understand this location can be busier then others being apart of the SkyTrain station but I'm not writing this review out of frustration in any specific event but in the general lack of adequate customer service I've recieved from this location.

All these places are the same. Pizza is adequate, service is fine but the price is good. Quite frankly Pizza Garden right down stairs is much better. That being said I do eat here occasionally.
