Value Village

Came here a couple of times, the staff are very unfriendly. I was shopping for jeans and a staff member shoved me to get by me, she made a sigh and rolled her eyes when I looked back at her. There was PLENTY of room. I am normally not one to make bad reviews but the staff need a reality check.

nGreat idea, poor execution.nnValue Village runs on free donations but charges prices that are often way too high — $40 for used jeans that retail for $80 new? That’s not affordable for low-income families. It shouldn’t matter if it’s designer or not — all items should be priced fairly and equally.nnAlso, the front door security is aggressive and feels like profiling. A nonprofit should be about helping people, not squeezing profit out of free goods.nnGood concept, but they need to seriously rethink pricing and how they treat shoppers.

Well organized with plenty of choices! It has better clothes than Vancouver from what quick looks showed. Was looking for furniture and they were also OK on that. Worth a look for sure!

The prices are getting crazier and crazier, not just at this store, but across the corporation.nnA Matt & Nat saddlebag type of bag priced at $40!!!??? Bonkers. A dress from Old Navy that had some lace glued on it priced the same as most of the dresses??!! Unbelievable.nnI can't seem to quit you, VV, but it's getting close...

Regular VV establishment, with expected set up and choice. I was surprised by presence of security person and self - check out. Ample parking, convenient location
