Decent prices, very helpful staff. I took my celiac relative to shop there, and she was excited about all the safe foods & flours she found. She has not found an equivalent store in the Victoria area.nI finally found a specific sugar & aspartame-free mint brand I've been looking for!

My husband and I were staying in Naramata and would come into Penticton specifically to buy Stoke juices, we love them, but they're not available in Vancouver or West Vancouver where we live. We spent four days in the area, buying a bottle of juice each day. On our last day, we returned with the empty bottles, expecting to get a refund for the $2 bottle deposits we had 3 in total. However, Ashley at the checkout accused us of drinking the juices in the store without paying and then trying to claim the deposits.nHer reasoning, because the bottles weren't completely washed out. My husband and I were shocked and denied any wrongdoing. We explained that we were from out of town and had been staying in a hotel, so we didn't rinse the bottles. Despite our explanation, Ashley reluctantly accepted the empties and we paid for our items. We were appalled by her behaviour and will never return to this grocery store again. My husband works in tech and I’m an engineer - don’t insult hard working customers.nnAshley should be terminated for such ridiculous malicious accusation towards customers, especially those visiting from out of town on vacation. What a bad experience to have endured for what we thought was a lovely organic grocery store.

I would give a 5 star, but they never put original price of meat when they put it on sale. You're putting on the sale sticker hold on the original price also.nI'm not running back from one side of the store to the other side.

I am a huge fan of the slow Sunday brand of sauces sold here! I met Nate at the farmers market in Penticton on the weekend and he was so great, I really enjoyed talking to him. If you’re ever in the store I highly recommend picking up a bottle!

Nature's Fair Market is my go-to spot for healthy, true organic options. Their fresh sandwiches and salads are perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal, and the store is always clean and inviting. I also love their wide selection of high-quality supplements—the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
