Young man very helpful especially since I lost his call my fault my apologies as he had just come back to the phone after spending time checking on an item for me.

I was in to buy a storage item. The size I wanted online said they had 5. They first tried to sell me one barely bigger for almost 3 times more. The kid looking in the storage area said he just woke up and is tired but they can t find it. I said well can you sell me this one at the price your website says you have 5 of but are just too lazy to find it. They said no but will get you a $10 discount. I asked to see the nanager. Was told hes on holuday for the stat day. I have been a manager/boss numerous times . I take those calls.it was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had and will now take my business elsewhere.nI ve spent many dollars there but never again. I ll let everyone I know too

Well stocked store for basic computers and lots of back to school supplies.nI really like the printing and copying service, it is easy to use and has options for emailing documents as well as using your own usb stick and printing from that.

I was on the search for a laptop for school and I looked around at all of the competitors and my last stop was staples. I spoke to a guy named Chad and he was so much help. He asked lots of questions to pinpoint what laptop would be best for me. He was the reason I ended up buying a computer that day.

I was shopping for a laptop, spent more than a few hours narrowing down my choice, ready to spend $2,000+, only to find out there are 'inventory problems' with my choice. Went to my 2nd choice....same result. Why have something for sale on your website that you cannot supply? Somewhat less than pathetic. The decline is this seller's service and products over the past 5 years or so is remarkable. I ended up buying my laptop straight from the manufacturer.
