Great staff, great prices and service. Very quick shipping internationally. Good selection of items.
Excellent service. Amber and Anthony provide service after the purchase second to none. I had a boat with program issues and a servo not working and Amber fixed the issues free of charge. I'd definitely recommend anyone to drive the extra mile to visit this hobby shop.
Friendly folks and they are so helpful to my preteen son who spends his own money to buy and maintain his truck. I know lots of people buy parts from A*@%#n but we would much rather spend a little more and support these small businesses.
This store is awesome!! They are super knowledgeable and friendly. When we lived in the okanagan we went looking for an RC for our son, at the time they were out of stock so we were unable to purchase from them :. We decided to get our 2nd son the same thing for his 5th birthday but we are now living on the island so we ordered from them online.... it was fast, easy and arrived on time!! Simply awesome!! You will be our "go to" for all the bits and pieces for our sons' RCs. Thank you so much!!
Absolutely love this place! Anthony and Amber are always incredibly helpful with some of the questions I have. Stock levels are phenomenal, and even if they don't have something I need, it usually only takes a week or 2 to come in. Anyone interested in radio controlled anything would be missing out if they didn't stop in.
I have bought to separate models and they are great until you ask to return some thing then there customer service goes downhill FAST my dad bought a charger and they sold him one that didn’t work out of the box and then when he tried to return it they told he had to take it up with the company of the charger he bought

ADT Hobbies is a family-run business in Penticton fantastic selection of RC cars boats planes and whatever you're interested in radio control. staff gentleman I was talking to really knew his stuff and directed me right to the product that I needed at the time, definitely will go shop there again.
Ordered some parts online with expedited shipping unfortunately the person that does shipping for orders had to take a couple days off work due to family emergency but upon being back offered me free shipping and parts I ordered. Shows that they try to look after their customers.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. We've bought 4 different trucks and cars from this store and had multiple upgrades and repairs done. Prompt no bull service!
