The people here make the difference as per most all retail and hospitality in this lovely city of Penticton.  Friendly, knowledgeable & true customer service!  Something great is going on amongst the team here at BCL.  Happy, engaged staff and supervisor / managers.  It is a job but it's what one makes of it each shift.

Neat and pleasant environment. But somehow there are no my favorite drinks at this particular store.

I am not a theif and I always have money. If the employees of this store EVER try to keep me at their register until my purchase goes through again I will respond very violently. You've been warned.

The kinda short bearded guy orders in the best selection of craft beer in town by far. They're never out of stock on my favorites and there is always something new to try

Lots of staff about, ready to help and friendly. No worries about long lines, if the line gets 2 or 3 deep they readily call for more assistance at check out.
