Just love this store and staff. The ladies that run the store are the best. I always find the most amazing deals from clothing to appliances. I stop in once a week for a quick look. Stock moves quickly, so if you find a treasure, buy it, even if your not quite sure. They have a great return policy if you change your mind. I've been to other Big Box Stores. This one is by far the best. Great job ladies.

We came into the penticton store this weekend and had the best experience!! Betty was so incredibly helpful and honestly the nicest and strongest lady we have come across!! Great little outlet store. Lots to choose from, some knockoff brands and some Kirkland items surface there for a good price. Everyday necessities at a bargain. Will return again.

Worst management EVER! Overheard Lisa I think her name is belittling staff then badmouthing them to other staff and customers. Must be why there is never the same and always new staff.This manager has a serious lack of integrity. The store is so over packed with DIRTY junk you cant shop there anyways.
We were in the store a couple of days back to buy a mattress and i want to really appreciate the kind of service provided by Jason at their Penticton store. He was awesome and made sure that our queries were addressed properly. He is a delight and so helpful. Thank you Jason!
This is the hidden gem of Penticton! There is definitely something for everyone at this store and it is always changing. It’s an outlet store with much more!!! Check it out anytime you need furniture, appliances, carpets, clothing, bedding, gift items, seasonal items, electronics, food and decor. Plenty of cool one of a kind items and more. Manager Lisa, and her awesome staff have the store organized and are always super helpful and can generally help you find whatever you may be looking for. It’s my first go to shop in Penticton. The easiest store to get in and out of. You can seriously arrive at 5 minutes to closing, go in and buy a brand new discount priced ; bed and have it loaded 5 minutes later… I know because I did it and this staff and store do not disappoint! Go in and check it out. You won’t be disappointed either. Just don’t tell everyone you know or they will need a bigger store!
