Great shop! I often go there and I'm always well served. I had a friend come up from Quebec City last weekend and on the first day of our four day mission, his brakes and my dropper post goes! We paid for the express service and we were gladly on our way two hours later! Talk about service!

Been going to this shop for years and even though they're always busy I can show up 5 minutes before closing and they still help me out and never complain. I spend a lot of money here but they always give me discounts and lower labour fees. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Very kind, knowledgeable staff and I have no problem recommending this shop for any level rider.

Came from far away to get a bike, yesterday sales person showed me a nice bike on sale 25% off and mentioned about financing option for this bike on 12 months with 12 equal payments and no interest. Today when I took a day off to come and actually buy it, they told me that with financing I cannot get 25% off the bike sale. Sorry guys that's not the way to do business. Never coming back to this store and never recommending it to anyone.

THERE IS NO RATING LOWER THEN ONE STAR! I repaired my own punctured back wheel but had a hard time reassembling the wheel. When I went in the mechanic told me he would fix it free of charge but to comeback in the morning. When I returned in the morning there was a different mechanic, looks at the bike and tries to hustle me saying your looking a 50$ in repairs, I said just reassemble the wheel, took less than 5 minutes charged me 17$, when i left immediately returned because the back breaks were loose, so I asked if he could adjust it, he said they were like they to start, and it would cost me. HOW GREEDY!!!!!! In conclusion shame on you guys, I will NEVER comeback, NEVER recommend it.
