What wonderful service! As everyone who has tried to buy a bike recently knows, all bike shops have limited inventory and manufacturers are struggling to get bikes into those shops. The Staff at CGR helped me order an Argon 18 Dark Matter in the winter so I could have it for an event I was planning on ridding in August. Shipping and production delays due to COVID made it so that my bike was looking like it wouldn't arrive in time but both the shop staff and the team at Argon 18 worked hard to get me the bike just in time for my event. During this process the shop made sure to keep me informed as to the progress of my delivery and were great at answering my email and chat messages. I will be back for my next bike. Thank you to all the people at Gervais Rioux!

BEST BIKE SHOP IN MONTREAL! I just moved to Montreal and since I've been her I've been to 4 different places to bring my bike for whatever reason, I've been treated so badly at those other places from the staff / management that was so taken back by how friendly they were and had answers to my questions. I live on the other side of the city and will go completely out of my way to come here because the service is so good, I will forever be loyal to this store and always speak highly of it. Customer care is 10 outta 10. Free air!
Fixed up my bike in one day ; great service and attention to detail. Staff was also really nice and seemed happy to help out compared to other bike shops. Would definitely go again.
Bought a bike back in February. The sales guy gave me the info I needed and not pushing for a sale. Also, got some deals with the accessories. Finally, went for position adjustment when the bike was ready. Personally, I had a great experience there. Thanks Cycles Gervais Rioux
Excellent bike store! Very friendly and competent repair service. They did a great job when my bike had a mechanical failure and I walked in 10 minutes before closing. Highly recommended.
CGR is a great shop that always has what I need for my road bike, I highly recommend! I just got my new shoes there and I'm super happy with the purchase!!

I contacted this store and had a very good experience. The service of Flavien, was very good and also very quick. He shipped a product from Canada to The Netherlands and was also on my site by figuring out how to reduce fees and shipping costs. Many Thanx!
They entirely went ahead by themselves and overcharged my by 40 bucks without telling me in advance. The the guy ended up shouting instead of apologizing for the mistake and asking me to take it off if I don’t like it. Extremely unprofessional! I would never go here again!
