Had a great experience today on Boxing Day of all days, staff kept asking if I needed help and it was a good feeling. Usually on days like this they are too busy running around, but felt taken care of. Purchased what I needed and was given demos on the products interested in.

Let's be fair, what you pay is what you get. Their price ain't cheap but they are not that expensive either. Their staff are quite helpful. I wouldn't say they have wide range of products. If you are seeking audio equipment, it's good enough for what you are seeking for. Shop here if you're really into audio equipment, home theater, amplifier and copper wires. Don't come here if you're looking for your high tech sound bar, high tech gadgets.

I went to 2001 Audio Video to get help with my Bose sound system! Hossein and Mick were outstanding and very knowledgeable. They really helped my father and I, I highly recommend going there for any audio or video equipment for the house or car set ups and much more. Thanks again guys we will be back!

Great prices and service. The manager Sean was honest and knowledgeable. Excellent job of working with the client's me time and budget. Got a great deal on a TV and sound bar.

4 staff i was the only customer walked the store not a hello welcome or how can we help. I walked thru the store then I asked if they had any Panasonic bluray players they said yes and quoted me the highest price 600$ which is down 100$ for black Friday.  When i said what do you have in the 200$ range sales folks all lost interest. I said ok have a good night not a response.  Thanks i will spend my honest days $$ else where. If you want to be pressured into buying something you don't need by all means shop here.  If you want honest knowledgeable staff you would have better luck else where.

After having a great experience with Dufferin and steeles store today, I just wanted to say that all other 1 star Reviews are absolutely right. I had same horrible experience last year with the worst customer service in my life; FYI I called their main office at that time...sounds like they never filed a complaint based on my feedback

The staff actually know their products at 2001. No pressure sales. Great demo room. Prices are competitive, and the warranty is fair.

Staff aren't knowledgable. You can tell a few of them don't keep up with the latest technical trends and don't know their products. Customers are more knowledgable today and it really shows if you don't know your stuff. Not particularly friendly as well. You have better options in the market.

Good place to buy a tv. These guys are always willing to work with you on price. Happy with my experience there.

Really poor customer service...bought an LG 50in UHD tv in November 2017...but the unit that was sold was from 2016. The tv stopped working within 2 months...the unit was probably lying in their storage for more than a year....stay away from this store.
