The service was slow to say the least. We were there for lunch at 12:30 and is wasn't busy at all and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Although we repeated our soup order we still got the wrong soup. We graciously decided to just eat what came after telling the server what was wrong and he started he must have heard us incorrectly. . The clan chowder was barley warm and very thin although it's taste was good. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon.

Waitress splashed my drink all over table and menu...my steak was way iver cooked and husbands way under cooked...twice. Roasted veggies were mushy and tasted burned. The pink lemon drop...wonderful!

Omg the N.Y. Strip was amazing. I haven't eaten that much meat in so long. It was so amazing. Little pricey, but worth it!!!

Called today(Oct 13 2017 @ 1:30pm) to order the family deal again.  Chris the Manager gave us a very difficult time when we asked about a coupon we were promised as our last order was missing our chicken wings completely.  The promised coupon was never mailed as promised and we were inquiring to apply this to our current order.  Chris asked for the date and time and who we spoke to etc...  We gladly obliged with going through our receipts...phone calls...and the date we were promised(Sept 21st).  Chris continued to scrutinize our claim of missing chicken wings to the extent that absolutely no resolution was offered.  Long story short, Uno just lost a great long time customer due to thus lack of management follow through and rudeness.  I do not recommend this place to anyone.  Uno and its manager Chris will not uphold nor follow through with what they say.  Terrible business.  Chris also proceeded to accuse us saying "we get these calls all the time".  Why would I really waste my time over 8 wings?  Now im a wing fibber lmao.  Worst manager ever! We are awaiting a return call from the store manager Randy and I will update this review of horrible management and customer service at that time.

Best Pizza in Saginaw hands down.   If you are still going to G's you have no idea the greatness you are missing!

I had their stuffed chicken spinocolli. Not sure what it was called, but it was good. Nice quiet atmosphere. A little pricey, but that just means don't bring the kids. The waistress was personalble and present.
