IHOP

Food was perfect and delicious. Prices are good, good portions. The problem was the table was dirty. When we walked up it clearly hadn't been wiped. So we waited for the host to get a rag, and watched her barely wash the table, only actually wiping 40-50% of the table with a rag that was way too wet. So we sat at a wet and dirty table. And the syrup was like water at our table. We grabbed some from the empty table next to us and it was fine.

I like this place. It’s good. It’s cheap. Great place to bring the kids. However, these young managers need to learn how to control their crowd. People let their kids stand in the doorway holding it open. It’s freezing in here! Plus it lets the nasty smell from the smokers into a place where food is prepared, served and eaten. Yuck!!

Service was very slow. We were seated promptly; served our drinks immediately. We sat there for several minutes and never saw a waitress. A manager came up and asked us if our waitress came and we said no, so she took her order. We waited quite some time for our food after that. Never really saw waitress. And the restaurant wasn't busy at all. On a happy note our food was very delicious and warm. Even though my breakfast companion didn't receive the type of toast she ordered. If you're coming in for quick service & get out fast I would not recommend. As for the food I would recommend.

Service was sub-par and very slack. In fact, it was basically non-existent. We were seated and had to wait about 7-8 minutes to even be greeted by any server. Once we were finally greeted by our waiter, we placed our full order including our drinks. I think our waiters name was Will? Trouble was, he spoke to us so soft the you literally had to lean in to even try to make out what he was saying. Then, we wait...and wait...and wait! Needless to say, we wait over 10 minutes and no check back, still no drinks, and no sight of a manager to talk to. 4+ tables came in after us and had already received their drinks by the time we decide to leave. Dismal experience...decided to go down the street and we are having a great dinner at UNOs. I do not recommend visiting this IHOP location unless you literally don't care about waiting forever for anything you order, or if you just don't mind poor service.

Food is good, the dining room was fairly clean. The wait staff was friendly and attentive.
