Chen's Mongolian Grill

Love coming here, the Saginaw location is much better than the Bay City one. Lunch is very cheap. We always have friendly service and the food is fantastic. I love that they have fresh veggies and meat that you can create a plate with. They cook it in front of you for no extra charge but tips are appreciated. Definitely try them out!

The "manager" was incredibly rude to us. I tried to ask on 2 separate occasions why they over-charged us and she ignored my question and walked away both times. The issue was their signage says $7 for lunch before 3:30 pm and $10 for dinner after 3:30 pm, and we were charged for dinner prices before 3:30 pm. When we brought this up, we were ignored and not given a straight answer. Their excuse was that they had already changed out the lunch buffet food for the dinner buffet food, so they charged us for dinner prices. If they had just told us this in the first place instead of ignoring us, I wouldn't be making such an issue of it. Not to mention that maybe they shouldn't be changing their foods out BEFORE the time listed on their own signs. Also, the food itself isn't any better than any other Chinese buffet in the area.

Wow, what a selection! And it's very high quality for the price. I particularly enjoyed the peanut chicken, sushi, Mongolian grill and banana pudding. Our server was prompt and kind.

Great food, buffet setting, beer and wine. They cook to order and fresh sushi. Will make it a regular place.

Always like the food . Prices are reasonable and the food is all you can eat!
