Story

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Saginaw, MI is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.

Went here for the first time today. VERY awesome wait staff! Plus it's always nice seeing a manager walking around to make sure everything is great. The food was awesome! Some would say it's a little pricey but I thought it was very fare. Very clean and organized. Will be stopping in again very soon!

Friday's is typically our choice restaurant and we have had years of decent experiences here. The only reason they will receive a 3 star from me. Somehow it took 25 minutes for a burger. I already had my food long before the rest of my table. I ordered the endless apps. The prices keep raising but the quality of the food stays the same. Though $15 for endless apps seems reasonable, the loaded potato skins are ALWAYS undercooked. As for the rest of the apps, paying $15 for subpar food begins to become unreasonable. Most of the servers and bar tenders spend more time with personal conversations when they should be spending time checking on their customers. Along with the service we had experienced a different time we were here. It was completely unacceptable. We will not be coming here nearly as often as we have been in the past. Very disappointed.

Wait staff is friendly and helpful. TGIF raised the price of their endless apps and decreased the choices. The apps that are left are still tasty, but they got rid of some of the favorites, not a good business decision

Very dirty place to eat. Notice the table and floor were sticky immediately. Food and only God knows what else stuck to the side of the booths. I didn't think I could get any worse until I use the men's room. I would give the food a 3 out of 10. You can definitely get better food at any bar in Saginaw. Lock the doors get out the bleach and clean the place for crying out loud. If the restaurants that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Stopped at the speedway when we left to wash my hands, didn't have enough guts to go back in the men's room. The waitress was very nice and she did a great job.

Slow service, coleslaw taste and smells like paint, fish is prison quality(don't ask), and steak was cold and bland. So over all it sucked but the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were good so if ur hungry get mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.🙄😷🗑
