Always friendly. Always smiling.The Store Manager Dan is a Rock Solid Guy. I heard today Dan is taking over at the new Saginaw Township Site on State Street; this will be a great environment also no doubt.

My Starbucks app was not working properly and I had a large detailed order. I called this store and the manager helped me with an 11 person drink order that had many specific requests. I also asked him to put the stickers on the cups so that it would make it easier for me to distribute. He listened patiently and even inquired as to where I would pick up the order so that he would have everything waiting. THANK YOU!!! It was seamless.

Service was very fast and friendly. I don't like how they make you scan your own credit/debit card at the drive thru though. They are the only business that does it and it seems silly. I'm not sure if it's a tactic to make customers more likely to use their app and/or gift cards but it's a pain.
