Truthfully, I've had mixed experiences here. The food here is typically good, but it's quite pricy and the last time I went, my steak was not cooked properly (I asked for medium and it came out rare, and when I sent it back it came back well-done, and the side of Brussels sprouts was undercooked). However, other times I've been here, things were mostly fine. So, it's mixed. I do appreciate the peanuts though.

This was probably the worst meal I've ever had at a restaurant. My boyfriend also agreed. We came here for lunch while we were in the city shopping. We usually go to Applebee's, but we decided to try something new. The fries were extremely undercooked, the shrimp was like rubber, the hush puppies were absolutely horrible. The Cod Dinner had no taste whatsoever, and I couldn't even finish my meal after about four bites. Even though we didn't enjoy our food I asked for a to-go container so I could take the leftovers home and give to our pet pig . Our waitress brought the to-go box, dropped it on the table and took off. I started filling it up when I noticed that the top of it was crushed in and it wouldn't even stay closed. I went up to the cashier and ask for another to go box and she said she'd have someone bring it . 10 minutes later I still didn't have a new container and I couldn't find a waitress . I just took it as is because I was sick of waiting and we still had an hour and a half drive home yet. They were understaffed that day and there was quite a wait for our food also. Spent $50 including the tip for a meal that tasted like it came right out of the dumpster. McDonald's fast food is better than that place. The atmosphere is nice , and I like the Rustic looking interior and the decorations, but other than that it is not recommended.

Needs a good cleaning in there. I understand the peanut shells everywhere, but dirty napkins on the seat and floor. Just "feels" dirty. The food was ok, but not as good as it used to be a couple of years ago. Waitress was nice, though.

Food was just ok service the same. When we were seated the table still had peanut skins and shells on we wiped it of the peanut bucket was filthy, the mesh grate that devided the booth. Scares me to think of what the kitchen might look like. They really need to step up the game on cleanliness.

The service and steaks and sides were very good...my only complaint is they use chipotle seasoning in their "Ranch Dressing" we unfortunately ordered these fantastic zucchini fries appetizer and it came with Ranch dressing. However it burned the entire inside of my mouth as I am very sensitive to anything spicy like that...I am going to be miserable for the next few days...it is like a hot coal in my mouth....the menu does not give that information out so I could have avoided this pain and misery.
