Story

It all started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Anne and Jonas tried different combinations of ingredients to make their pretzels until they found the one recipe that was better than the best, and the pretzel was perfected.
Auntie Anne's now has more than 1,200 locations in 44 states and 23 countries. Our pretzel line-up includes Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Almond, Garlic, Sour Cream & Onion, and Pepperoni. Pretzel Stix and Nuggets are a portable option for pretzel lovers on the go. This is the pretzel dogs given to me. I asked for a different cup bc this is burnt, she said it “15 mins wait”. No apologies or anything. It’s clearly burnt and you should not be selling anything like this. Not for $10

Delicious and yummy! Just know if you order from the app, they make the pretzels hot and fresh so sometimes there is a wait. Plus, the app will charge a convenience fee.

We love this place!  My favourite is the pepperoni pretzel nuggets with strawberry lemonade. The children prefer the plain pretzel nuggets, which are also delicious!

I asked for mini dogs and the woman briana asked if I wanted regular or mini, I said yeah mini. She gave me 2 regular ones and when I went back I was super nice and said sorry I asked for minis and she was so rude. She yelled back no you didn't with hella tone and hella voice. How you gonna be rude to me when you messed up my order? I work in the mall and have never been treated like that. I had to walk away before I went off.

I never got treated so poorly as I did at the saginaw location.  First she didn't want to wait on me. She didn't say hello or come to register to take my order.  The i asked how much the nuggets were she said from with in the department $5.18.  So finally she came to register to take my order not friendly at all.  She moved extremely slow like I was bothering her.  Beside the nuggets are really expensive and getting treated this way I will not go back.  Its to bad because I work in the mall and go there often.  Not any more.

It took 45 minutes for us to get our order. It was one cup. Several people got their orders before us. No apologies or anything. Crazy.

Okay ummm disappointed.... I went and bought 2 drinks for $6 and they were disgusting. My tea was piss warm with no ice. Then my frozen lemonade tastes disgusting.

Best pretzels money can buy.

Wow... Paid $7.00 and got a cheap hot dog wrapped in crescent dough.. It was so bad I feel like I am doing a public service by writing a review to warn others: DO NOT GO HERE!

I have Ben here in saginaw Michigan for 12 years and the first time my grandma took me their it wAs soooooooo good 5 star rw
