Typical chain. The food was palatable. You got eat I guess. Nothing spectacular. Service was good. Server was nice. It was nice and cozy in there. It felt warm cause it was cold outside. We really need more non chains in Saginaw. I guess everyplace can’t be Milano’s Pizza.

I usually enjoy my visit to this location but the last visit was only par. The service was horrible. They did not pay attention to my tables need. I would have drank more but the lack of awareness when the restaurant was dead was disheartening for a location I usually enjoy. My food, the fajitas, where good but the chicken that my date order looked like it came out a Tysons frozen bag and was only microwaved. She did say it wasn't good and did not eat it even after trying to cover up the lack of flavor with mixing in my fajita toppings. The waitress/bartender was apathetic about it. Also on that note, we where seated in the bar without asking so I assume the bartender needed table rotations.

Five stars because we have never had to send anything back. Tasty and prompt is how your food will arrive. I like the club sandwich.

Met with family for Dinner. Noticed a Happy Hour Sign from 3-5pm. We ordered drinks and appetizers only to learn that there was a special menu we had to order from. 1st waitress never told us. Food was average. This wouldn't be my first choice for eating out.

Amazing burgers! Took a little while but the place seemed pretty packed so it was understandable. However, if you ever happen to have a server named Kelly (long red hair), RUN THE OTHER WAY! Horrifyingly rude. Worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant.
