About

Unison Health and Community Services is a non-profit, community-based organization that offers a wide range of health and community services.

Story

With four full-service locations, Unison is now serving over 12,000 clients and offers core services that include primary health care, counselling, health promotion, early years programs, legal services, harm reduction programs, housing assistance and adult protective services as well as special programs like Pathways to Educations and Diabetes Education and Prevention.

Products

Health Services: client-centred, multi-disciplinary services provided by doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, social workers, case-coordinators and chiropodists.
Health Promotion: educational and skill-building programs that increase knowledge, provide peer support and enhance coping skills, including child and parenting programs, pre- and postnatal programs, seniors' programs, women's programs, youth programs, healthy lifestyles workshops, chronic disease prevention and management, mental health and addictions, harm reduction programs, and Diabetes Education Centre.
Community Services: Housing Program, Legal Services, Pathways to Education and Adult Protective Services.
