Primacy - North York Family Physicians After Hours Clinic

The worst walk-in clinic ever. Rude and inconsiderate staff. They ask patients to line up outside not in the waiting room. It is not the first come first served rule. Only they know who is next. Avoid it if possible.

Avoid this clinic. The only purpose they are open is to get rich and charge ohip. They don't write any diagnostic tests as thdoctors keep changing so can't follow up. So you can't get xray blood or urine test or anything done. What's the purpose they are open then I wonder. Waste of time

Very insensitive receptionists. We went Sunday at 3:35 pm. My husband had a deep wound and wanted a tetanus injection. She said that we are closed for the day (Closing time for that day was 4 pm). When asked about time mentioned on the internet they insisted that we cannot accommodate any more for today. And I couldn't see any other patients waiting. If that is so they should mention it online that the intake is only 3:30 pm or so. At least we wouldn't waste time and feel frustrated while we are already suffering in pain.

I saw Dr. Wong. he was very personable and not rushed. It was great!

Very poor indifferent service, I had to deal with high fever for 4 days and wait for swab result without any medication Reception would not regularly pick up the phone during hours
