I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour. I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.
The Tens machine that was recommended by my physiotherapist has really helped with my pain management at home! Natalie, the physiotherapist was great with her explanation of the use of the machine. I would highly recommend seeing her! So knowledgeable !
First unlike a lot of clinics they do accept walk ins. I was told right away how long I would have to wait and an appointment for an hour later was made. I was able to run some errands without having to wait. When I came back, it was only a few minutes before I saw a doctor. Dr. NG was very helpful, diagnosed quickly and gave me a prescription. felt cared for and respected. The venue itself is very pleasant and bright. The staff were patient and helpful. Honourable mentions for their pleasant manner and helpfulness: Vanessa and Carla. Highly recommended!!
My favourite clinic indeed! Everything you need in one place - medical, pharmacy, rehab, dental, and optometry. I have been going to their medical side, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The doctors are knowledgeable and take time with their patients. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have been to other clinics, and nothing compares to my experience with healthone. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends. I definitely need to try their other services.
Had a great phone consultation with Dr. V. Ng. He was kind, professional and very efficient. The appointment was on time and I received my prescription by email within minutes. Vanessa, the receptionist, was very accommodating and considerate in booking the appointment. Any time I've had an appointment at HealthOne as a walk-in patient, I was impressed by all the staff's friendliness and professionalism. I refer all my friends and family here thanks to all the positive experiences I've had recently and in the past! Will keep coming back.
I seldom write reviews but this one’s commendable! The service is amazing! The staff are very friendly and professional. Ashley, Mikee and Vanessa were fantastic, compassionate and very calming! They showed me all the services they offer and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details efficiently but unrushed. I will absolutely visit HealthOne Medical Centre again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
One of the best walk-in clinics in Toronto. Both, the doctors and the customer care staff are amazing. Very friendly, thorough with information and accommodating. Amazing, clean facility too. I would like to mention Mikee from Customer Care and Dr. Victor from their walk-in clinic - outstanding and smooth service!
I went here yesterday around 3:30pm. Unfortunately, they got all the walk-in patients, so the reception staff told me that I had to come back tomorrow. BUT when I said I am a pregnant and got urin infection, staff tried to help me out and doctor accepted me : I really appreciate it!! I don't know the name of staff and doctor. It was nice to feel so kind and caring for the patient. Honestly, she is better than my family doctor
Everyone at this walking clinic is really helpful, Dr. Jitesh is my family Dr and he is easily accessible and patiently listens to all my concerns. Taking appointments is always so easy and convenient through their website and receptionists are very helpful and polite. Overall well managed clinic.
It is so lucky to have HealthOne in the neighborhood! 1. My family doctor, Dr. Parekh is really nice and patient! He is always ready to listen and he shares his professional knowledge clearly to his patients. 2. The front desk and admin team are patient and easy to communicate. The lady who answers my phone calls is always kind and considerate. 3. Also, many thanks to Dr. Louie, the naturopath doctor! A session with her is like a soothing meditation: Shout out to the team!
