If could give zero stars I would.nnBeware:nWithout an advocate, RCC management can and will play Russian roulette with your health and/ or the health of your loved ones.nRCC, from my understanding is intended to be a “ temporary “ transfer site from any Hospitals in North York. RCC is also a Geriatric hospital.nnI am not 65 years old. RCC manipulated my patient applications to other rehabilitation facilities my app was discarded so I would be forced to stay at RCC’s 2nd floor Geriatric Rehab, which was not on my “ list” of rehab facilities choices. An unexpected & imminent discharge occurred .nnI found RCC to be the opposite of a “ Care Centre “.
NOT A HOSPITAL.... but I'm sure it's a decent enough care center for seniors or recoveries or whatever else.... BUT CHANGE THE NAME
Don’t go here. You have to pay parking and they are on it immediately. There are other locations that are offering free parking for covid testing. This place is BS! I arrived at 9:59am checked my phone and the ticket shows 10am issued...wow! I’m contacting government officials and CBC
I took someone to this site to get a COVID test, and while I was there decided to also get a test. There were people all over, without properly distancing. No proper ventilation and people coughing everywhere. Its been 4 days since, i don't have results and now also developing symptoms. I would not recommend coming here especially if you are asymptomatic. I definitely feel like I caught something at this test site. Also took about 3 hours I went at 4pm.
Came to COVID assessment centre with my little sister. Staff shocked me with their unprofessionalism. They never payed attention to my appeals. My poor sister who had fever was crying in the lobby for about an hour. First, they sent us to the wrong room where another patients was waiting for the test which is unsafe and when I told them that someone is inside one of the nurses just laughed on my face. Also, they did not followed the line and people that were after me were nurses priority for some reason. I was so frustrated and asked for a help because my sister is autistic and she could not handle it. But at the end nurse, that finally came to take the test could not perform swab from the first time. Totally disappointed and I just want to wish them to be treated the same way as they were treating me today. Stay safe and never visit this COVID assessment centre.
