Staff are super friendly and I was seen within an hour. Clinic is relatively clean. Doctor was super friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions.

Refused to sign a referral to a medical marijuana clinic when I told them it was critical that I get some help. She just looked at me completely stunned and told me I'd have to wait 2 months and hope that the doctor I see at CAMH will be more informed than she is.
One of way too many "doctors" who let stigma and lack of research get in the way of their patients well-being.

I've been to this clinic only a few times and it is one of the worst walk-in clinics I've ever been to. I had the bad luck to be seen by the same awful doctor three times that I've been there. She seems to not care about the patients at all and just wants to get you out of the way as soon as possible, even when the clinic isn't even that full. I started feeling a bit sick six days ago and went in for an exam. I tried to explain what was wrong and she cut me off, didn't let me finish speaking, and didn't even write anything down. She used a tongue depressor and took a swab of my saliva and a five minute check to rule out strep throat. She didn't check my ears or anything else, said it was probably a minor cold and gave me a prescription for mouthwash and refused to give me any form of antibiotic. Yesterday I had to go to the emergency room due to extreme pain in the right side of my face. They quickly took me in and said I have a severe ear infection that was causing my throat to feel like it was closing up and possibly causing an infection in the lungs. I had to take a chest x-ray and about 8 pills on the spot just to stop the pain and calm the infection a bit. If I had gotten properly checked that day in the clinic, she would've spotted an early ear infection, prescribed me some light antibiotics, and it wouldn't have come to this. Now I have to take 3000mg of amoxicillin antibiotics a day along with 3000mg of tylenol and 1800mg of advil for an entire week. All I can say is that Dr. Amanpreet Swaich just wants to get you out of the way as soon as possible as does little to nothing to help you. I'm never going back to this horrible clinic. Don't waste your time.

Staff is friendly, doctors and nurses are competent and helpful. Hours of operation are not listed accurately as the pharmacy and clinic are separate. However, facility is clean and professional.
