Helpful, clean, comfortable clinic! Nurse was very friendly, approachable, helpful. Had no problem answering any questions I had, or explaining things over again to make sure I felt confident with the information given. Was not sure about the amount of money I could afford to spend on vaccines/prescriptions/etc at my consultation, but the nurse provided helpful, unbiased advice about what was necessary vs unnecssary, and what would really be better 'safe than sorry' to have. Quick and painless Hep A/Typhoid vaccine; needles make me squeamish but this nurse was very gentle and skilled. Overall very happy with the decision to visit this clinic for travel health advice, would recommend to others!

Caroline Tran was such a great nurse! She made sure our experience was not rushed and explained everything thoroughly. From the survey that we had to complete online beforehand, she had all our vaccines that we would need highlighted and ready in a book that we were able to take home. It was also clear she had the patient's best interest in mind and wasn't just prescribing vaccines unnecessarily for the money. The people who came in before us were quite difficult and she was so patient with them and did her best to keep us in the loop. If I ever had to return to a travel clinic, I would love to return here specifically for Caroline. Thanks again!

For those of you who use mobility aids like I do, there are steep stairs to the second floor office which is the only reason I rate this travel office/clinic with 4 of 5 stars. The experience is first-rate, comfortable and our nurse Christine was very skilled and pleasant. I would recommend this service because you receive what you need without heavy-handed sales pressure!

I took time off work to drive my mother to Passport Health North York Travel Clinic for a typhoid vaccine prior to a overseas trip. The appointment was for 1:45pm. We arrived at 1:30pm. The small waiting area was empty and there was no receptionist. The sign on the inner office door said that if the door was closed, the nurse were busy seeing a patient. We heard what sounded like just social bantering inside the room. At 2:00pm my mother knocked on the door to let her know that we had a 1:45 appointment. The nurse opened the door and said it would another 8 - 10 minutes. More conversation and laughter inside the room. We only paid for 1-1/2 hours of metered parking so finally at 2:18pm, we couldn't wait any longer and left. Overall, I lost two hours of work due to a nurse socializing with a friend. Stay away if you value your time.

I saw Sheila, she was very friendly and was well prepared for our meeting. She provided a lot of information regarding my trip and the medication/vaccines I needed and went the extra mile to help me get a vaccination certificate that I was missing which was very appreciated. I would suggest not going to the clinic on a Friday afternoon (only to avoid traffic as it was very difficult to find parking in the area around rush hour!)
