Emailed to book an appointment and they for me in the same day at my preferred time slot which was great. Dr. Patel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of the options, risks and even printed info sheets for me to refer to. The staff were super friendly and professional. Overall it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend going here for your travel vaccinations.

Dr Patel was very friendly and informative, he explained all of the options available to me as well as the risks associated with my upcoming trip, including what to do if I did end up falling ill. He printed information sheets for me to refer back to and was very knowledgable. The clinic staff were kind and professional as well, overall a very positive experience.

Dr. Patel was great, he took the time to explain travel concerns/considerations for the regions I ill be travelling. Advised what would most likely be covered under group benefits. Took the time to write (idiot proof) directions for all medication. I will definitely be back for my follow up boosters. He also won't laugh if you are a wimp with needles. Thanks,

Dr. Patel was friendly and took an interest to you as a person. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. There was not a long wait to get into the clinic. They only recommended the vaccines they thought you needed instead of charging you extra for additional, unnecessary vaccines. Very positive experience overall!
