Difficult experience for my kiddo who got his vaccine this week. Despite booking an appointment and very few people in line, we waited for over 45 minutes for our turn. The nurse seemed uncertain about what questions to ask and my son experienced more pain with this vaccine than any others he could remember. Overall, there didn't seem to be good flow and it was quite disorganized. After his vaccine, we were told to wait "5 to 15 minutes" and it didn't seem like anyone was monitoring in case my son had a bad reaction. We had much better and smoother experiences at other vaccine centres so will avoid this site in the future.

My experience of getting booster shot of Covid 10 vaccine here is great. The staff are very friendly. Only waited for a few minutes maybe because I made a late afternoon appointment.

I called Region requesting info on new COVID B5. Switchboard Lady asked what my Q’s were. She could not direct me and then attempted to learn of my Q’s and plus, believe it or not, answer them. I need a professional not a switchboard operator

I called to ask about the availability of a novavax product. The lady told me i have to go see a doctor for it. I tried to clarify and ask if it has to be a family doctor or of a walk in clinic doctor would be able to give it, I was very polite during the interaction as I had no reason not to be. Your employee however felt it necessary to be rude toward me for absolutely no reason. Maybe your organization should remind her that she is here to assist members of our community, not belittle them. Im actually embarrassed for this lady , you need to do better. Extremely rude staff who interrupted me and said "listen to me"... I was just asking about COVID test locations that test for free. The man on the phone had a british accent; hopefully this helps the managers in finding out who he is so they can discuss with him proper telephone manners.

Told us we were eligible for the 2nd dose. They knew when we had our first dose and they allowed us to sign up for the second. When we got there they sent us away because it had only been 27 days. Refused to help us rebook.

Over 15 days to register out of province vaccination… drink more coffee in office…

You people are by far the worst and slowest and unorganized bunch of i dont know what .....ive ever seen ! Your are also inaccurate and i have zero trust for anything you do! Words will never express how much i loathe you ! USLESS!!!!

They like to get involved in child custody disputes and cause drama.
