I had a great experience with Alex. Had an ingrown toenail consultation and subsequent surgery. She was very professional and helped me decide which route to take without pressuring me. She was also very friendly and helped ease my nerves before/after the surgery. Would definitely recommend!

I recommend the Waterloo Foot Clinic without hesitation. I had a challenging foot problem that lasted several months. Alex was committed to finding a solution and worked with me until resolve. The staff at the clinic are very friendly and the office is clean and modern.

Knowledgeable, professional, personable, thorough, organized! Over the years I have used 3 chiropodist prior to my visit to this clinic, and yet Alexandra discovered a couple of issues that had not been detected previously. I highly recommend them!

I have struggled for years with my feet. Dr. Alex was so helpful. She gave me her ideal treatment and options for what I can do. She treated me so kindly and didn't make me feel bad whatsoever. It was a pleasant first experience. She was attentive and friendly and well educated, would recommend in a heartbeat!

Went in based on the Google Reviews, and they are accurate. Friendly, clean, and was able to get an appointment promptly. Very impressed with the style and quality of information gained from the first appointment.
