Not my own experience but what I have witnessed others go through isn't always a great experience. This place is supposed to help people overcome their addiction, and as some know it is a very scary time for the ones seeking help! And yes they may miss days and yes they may be late sometimes but if they are trying then why make it more difficult for them. I swear if I ever win the lottery, I will open a 24 hour 7 days a week center that will accommodate everyone in need of proper support.
Love this clinic. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Some doctors are better than others but this is par for the course. There is ALWAYS parking available which I am grateful for. If you are ready to take the necessary steps to recovery from addiction I suggest you give this place a try.
The nurses and doctors at the O.A.T.C. on Park St. are very qualified and extremely helpful. They r organized, and really r professional. The nurses and doctors give good advice and truly r concerned about their patients. I feel well informed and very uplifted after my appointments. The staff at the clinic treat their patients all equally ,and professionally. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences when I've gone into the O.A.T.C.
the staff is not good at all i would not recommend this clinic for someone that really needs help they don’t really care they just do it to get paid the staff clearly don’t enjoy their life’s working with people that want to help them self that’s something this staff don’t see especially the young blonde lady that gives meds out man she not good but i can say the rest of the staff is nice.
Too busy! Never answers phone! Staff is ok but not always helpful or caring. Pros: location, good doctor, clean. Cons: too busy, staff not great, never answers phone. Some people are also rude to staff here but its also the same at the other clinic. OATC on King St is better! Transfered there and very happy with service and will not go back to Park st!
They do there job will. Very nice and respectfull. I only had one issiu and all it was they forgot to send my scrept was solved fast. Awsom place
The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating! All of my needs are met within a reasonable time frame.

Very professional! The office staff and Nurses are compassionate, as is the Doctor.
