uBreakiFix Whitby

I recently had a great experience with this location. I came into the store with a damaged Galaxy S8 Plus (shattered back glass + camera lens.) I was feeling anxious, but the staff were quick to assure me that they would take care of my device, which made me feel better. They were able to provide me with a loaner phone, so that I would still be able to text my friends and check my email while my phone was getting fixed, which was extremely helpful! I was very impressed with the service I received. Prices are very fair, they are competitive and they even offered to price-match any of their competitors if they had a lower price. I was kept up-to-date throughout the repair process, and they called for my permission before doing any work on the phone. Eventually, I received a call that my phone was ready, and when I arrived to pick it up I was very happy to discover that it was in perfect working condition! Overall, I would highly recommend uBreakiFix to any of my friends or family. Shout-out to Gurpartap for his excellent customer service!

I created a service request for my note 8 screen and back plate to be repaired . I paid for the repair online through Brightstar device protection who subs repairs to ubreakifix. I sent my girlfriend to pick up my phone and they told her to pay again the same amount I paid online and refused to give my phone to her until she paid the again even after giving the service request number and receipt of payment online . She was forced to pay to get my phone because she had no way of verifying what they is true or not because I was without a phone. When she got a hold of me I contacted the insurance company and they told me that the had received my payment and it was against there policy for ubreakifix to collect any funds on their behalf and that any discrepancies the shop had in regards to no seeing payment they are to contact them directly they have contacted the shop directly in regards to this matter and has attempted to contact ubreakifix headoffice but still no refund nor solution provided. its been 2 days now ...I feel Like they Scammed my girlfriend and to receive double payment

Thinking I had a simple cell phone battery issue, I did not book an appointment and thought I would walk-in and see if uBreakiFix could help.... Two hours later, I walked out with the issue completely resolved and at a very reasonable cost. Needless to say, these guys are incredibly patient and treated me with the utmost respect (even though I am in my 6th decade and not very "tech savvy"). Next time I need their help, I will book an appointment - regardless of how simple I think the issue is...

I went in to fix my pc because it was having power issues and they solved it on the spot! I will be using them in the future. I recommend this place.
