The Source

Went in to start an entirely new phone set up. Was in an out of there in under an hour. Amazing costumer service, speedy and did everything I could ask for and more. Got sent home with a great service plan as well as over 200 dollars worth of accessories. They did a stellar job!

Saie is a fantastic young man. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made our transition from our previous provider to a new one with the latest IPhone a breeze. It was busy when we were there but he took his time to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommend going there. Everyone was polite and welcoming.

We just went to buy a PlayStation 5 yesterday at The Oshawa Center Source. We were very happy with the entire experience especially with Manny. He was awesome, very cheery, very down to Earth and HONEST. He gave us very good deals and was very professional. I personally thought he was the manager with the amount of professionalism and intelligence he showed. I think I will be going to this source personally from now on. Thanks to Manny.

Went into The Source looking for a birthday gift for my Father. Was Greeted by an associate named Manny and he said he'd be with me in a moment as he was attending another customer. After he was done with the customer he came right over and got me the item I was looking to buy. He also went out of his way to try and find the best package he could for a internet plan for a cheaper more affordable price. While dealing with him as his fellow Co workers were coming on for their shifts it was nice to see how well they all got along greeting each other and helping each other out. Now, that is definitely what team work is all about. It was an overall pleasant experience, better then other Sources. I will most likely return to the Oshawa Centre Source again.

Manny was one of THE most helpful person in the store. I had such a good experience with him and would 100% request him again if I ever need help. He cares about his customers, more than just making a sale. He actually wants to help people. If there is anyone going to the store, I would highly recommend going to him.

I ordered a pair for headphones online and set the pickup location to the source at the Oshawa centre. After a few days an email arrived telling me to come in for pickup. At the store I was met with an employee who told me it wasn't in the computer and there is nothing she could do. She told me to call corporate toll free and I was ignored and she just walked away! I repeatedly asked her to double check but she didn't care or even respond. At this point I had decided to never order from the source again. I spent 15 min on the phone with corporate for them to tell me that the package was at the storeobviously. All the sudden this amazing lady named Sydney came out of the back of the store. She greeted me with a big smile. Took the phone call from corporate I was on the other end! and immediately proceeded to apologize on behalf of her incompetent colleague. She found my package and made sure I left the store as a satisfied customer. Amy needs to find a job doing warehouse tasks. She should *never* be put in customer facing jobs. It's a great way to kill your retail business. She was unprofessional, rude for walking away and ignoring me. I got her name from another employee. Sydney needs to be given a raise for excellence in customer services. Rarely do you meet professionals that know how to salvage a bad situation and turn it around keeping the customer in mind. Sydney you rock! If the source doesn't value you, I might pick you up for my business! You are a true gem! Overall I give you one simply because as a business you need to ensure there is no people in customer facing jobs that shouldn't be there. Amy needs her walking papers.

I had Rashna helping me today and she was absolutely amazing!! She set me up the amazing student phone plan deal being offered and explained everything so clearly. She also made me aware of other offers available to me as a student, and was very helpful. Rashna’s multi-tasking skills are fantastic! She was able to help other customers in the store while still being very attentive to me. Great customer service, will definitely return to this location :

I just came out of the store today and have nothing but a very positive experience. I wasn’t originally going to get a new phone and phone plan, but after all the help that the service representative Saie provided me, I can certainly walk away with a good review to leave behind. He’s been helpful and informative, and he’s certainly quite knowledgeable with his products. I would highly recommend this place, and if you get Saie to help you out, you’re in pretty good hands! :

Wow went in to the source to look at Air pods for my daughter. Came out with new Air pods and a new iPhone for her. Saie gave great customer service he made us feel valued as a customer and comfortable. Thank you for all your help and knowledge. We will be back for future purchases.
