Had a few questions about the product and I was given an nice and friendly answer to my questions I had about the way it works and what they think about what kind and type I should have to get for me to get the best results . I was told to get a product that suited me and not get something that I was never going to be using so for a few minutes of listen to the advice they saved me a lot of money that I didn't need to spend and I walked out with more knowledge about the product and felt so much better confident that I got the right product and on top of that I didn't have to spend as much so I'm very happy with all the people that worked at Staples and I've been to a few different Staples stores and they all seem to be very kind and considerate people that work there I highly recommend Staples to everyone I talk to thank you Staples
We drove to this Staples in Whitby on Taunton specifically to purchase a calculator that other locations didn’t have in stock. — BTW… love the great features of this Sharp ‘paperless printing’ calculator with 5-line scrolling display EL-DO9001. see in photo Clean store, inventory selection is great throughout all departments and staff were friendly and very helpful.
I took an official ID photo in this printer centre this early afternoon, and a lady helped me nicely. However, after i measured the face size of the photos which was 2mm bigger than what the government required for the maximum size. Although I knew that the lady made the photo according to their software, I couldn't take the risk for my photo to get rejected since I have a trip coming up. I returned to the store and waited in line. Prachi, one of workers there, called me over to the counter, and I politely asked her to resize and print the same photo. I even told her that I would pay for the new photos bcoz I didn't want the other lady who helped me earlier to feel bad. Prachi was impatient and rude! She even said that I should have worked there at her position when I requested smaller face photos and stamping on the back both of the photos. She said that they only stamp on one of the photos and I only needed one photo to submit. I finally irritated by her bad attitude and asked to talk to the her manager. The manager came, and was unexpectedly very protective to his staff. Ahah.. now I understood why there were so many people complaint their services! 'Fine! you protect your staff, I came for the right size of pictures!' .. To be fair, he worked quite hard and printed a few times to get the right size, but eventually the photos are NOT in correct size, either too big or too small! End up, I drove to the UP store located on Garden - Rossland to try my luck on the photos. Yes, The girl in the UP store Pro photos took and made exact size of the photos! The same request - please stamping on both photos. she said ' Oh I thought that they only needed one stamped, but they need two.. just wait a second, I stamp the other one for you.' .. what a different reply, and attitude, and service, and smartness! I realized that it might be my own fault to ask for two stamps, however, is it making any sense to be rude just for stamping an extra photo I honestly don't know if they need both stamped or just one. I did two for safe side. I also can see the lack of quality of customer service on the management level in this store. Same as some of the other customers, it is too bad that the store is closer to my house, but I will never return and give business to this Staple store again!
Office and school supplies , they have printing , visa and passport photos. Laptop , monitors and office furniture's. Good quality products. And very helpful staff
Horribly bad in service. Came to take my new born’s passport size pic and they were so reluctant in taking the pic since it’s difficult to get their snap. By the time we will set the kid for a pic they will be away or doing something else and upon calling them very much reluctant to come. Taken my kid’s pic twice and it still got rejected. Don’t even care about customer’s time. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE FOR YOUR PICTURE
Don't buy a laptop from this location or staples for that matter. I bought an HP laptop about 6 months ago and all I had are problems. I didn't get extra warranty on it because my last one was fine for 5 years before I had any issue with it. I bought my last one at Best Buy.
As always, it was such a pleasant experience shopping for office supplies at this particular Staples location, mainly because of the leadership of Chris, the store Manager. His leadership is reflected in the positive interactions of the workers, and his own excellent customer service. Chris has never failed me whenever I have gone to him for advice about a purchase or to exchange an item. He, as well as his staff, are very polite and knowledgeable. I will visit this store again when I need some office supplies or computers.

I appreciate you even helped bring to my car... couldn't thank you more! Wish you all the best. Please give that man a raise! :
Great store with great selection of office supplies. They have a helpfull staff that went out of their way to help.
