Many customers in my area are experiencing poorer service than usual lately and it's a monopoly here so you can't go elsewhere for another provider. You would think that being close to a huge and expanding data center in The Dalles, Oregon, that a spill over of modern connectivity would occur but third world countries do better.

The service within the store is mediocre at best. The wait times unreal, as a cell phone technician I work with all carriers and stores and this is by far the worst store I have worked with. The lack of service in this store and with their coparate customer service forced myself to switch carriers and being prepaid with a high end phone and running a business throughout the gorge I wholeheartedly sorry for the lack of professionalism, and long wait times within this store, I used a prepaid plan to cut business cost, thus reducing costs on customers of Mine and theirs. When I switched carriers I had been charged for my monthly plan which the the new billing cycle began the day after not a big deal, however I also switched carrier that day and 21 days later 4 requests for them to refund me my unused plan amount and still it has not happened I will be calling better business as well as several other places please also note that when us cellular moved from next to subway in the dalles they also left hundreds of documents containing credit card info, as well as customer information this store has to be the biggest joke I have ever heard of.

Worse customer service i ever had in a cellphone company, they don't have enough workers to help their customers plus the ones they have are useless and super slow.

The people in this location are top-notch and super nice and helpful. They could use more agents as others have mentioned, it is usually pretty busy. US Cell isn't for everyone but it is great in our rural area. Go to the big cities, don't expect 4G LTE coverage.

Don't even bother going to this location, just call customer service and have anything you need shipped to you. You'll be sorry no matter how simple you think the process will be.
