Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Several years ago I switched to Verizon because of customer support after decades with AT&T. In this store, Cassie is an ideal example of great customer support. When I dropped by the store the other day, I told her I wanted to see if I could reduce my bill and increase the quality of cell phone calls in my rural area an hour south of The Dalles. In less than 10 minutes, Cassie had saved me 10% on my monthly bill by showing me I was using less than half the data in the plan I'd selected and that I could save even more if I switched my land line to Verizon. Then she directed me to a technician who helped me change my phone settings to improve my signal. Thank you Cassie and Verizon!!

Every time we go here they referred us to customer service, even when it was something as simple as filling paperwork for an employment discount. Today we don’t to compare iwatches, the manager told us they don’t carry iwatches, but they would be glad to order it for me I don’t want to order one just to see if we want to buy it. If it has the features we want, what features they have. And make an informed purchase, but no, the dumbasses at Verizon wats us, their customer to buy them, then see if we want them.... if I could give 0 stars I would. If you happen to own an android though, your life is easier because they are fully stocked on android phones and accessories.

Pat was SO helpful. I spent 2hrs on my phone with a person that couldn't figure out how to do what it took Pat a matter of a few minutes! I'm new to Verizen and my "smart phone", so he REALLY helped me out. I'm VERY glad we stopped in that store, because we're traveling and needed someone that knows what they're doing, NOT like the guy on the phone. Props to Pat and Mr.Justin,thanks you guys rock!😊

This is not a review of Verizon's overall service, but of this particular location. I found them to be helpful and relatively professional. It was a 4 out of 5 experience and thus I've rated it accordingly.
