This is such a small store & doesn't carry most of what's in the ads. Also, watch carefully at check-out as they tend to double scan items, yet forget to scan coupons, & hassle about using discounts. Rather disappointing experience.

Each time I had visited this particular store, only the new-hires (who don't seem to last long) treated me as if they were happy to have me there. I had been fortunate enough until this last visit, to have avoided two specific employees at this store, and so my experience up until this last one, had been over-all, uneventful. It was this last visit that clinched it for me. I was visiting the store with a family member who wanted to purchase some items they had researched on their web site. When they asked one employee about the location of one such item, I could hear her from two aisles away, speaking to my family member in a condescending tone. One that was as if the inquiry were wasting her valuable time. Rather than show them where it was at, she directed them to another employee. The one whom always, and I cannot stress this enough, a-l-w-a-y-s treats customers with obvious disdain and disgust. Reacting as if your question is so [sigh-and-roll-her-eyes] stupid. Her treatment of myself and of my family member has led me to not only write this review about the store, but also to have contacted the company and let them know about my disgust. Who knows what will come of it. Most likely nothing will happen. Most likely they will brush me off as "just another complaint" and placate me with some canned email message. Just be forewarned, if you do happen to see a "stocky" woman who wears no make-up, and her hair is always in a pony tail, beware. She will delight in making your questions and inquiries out to be a waste of her time. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please, Joann's, Educate those seasoned veterans, and even the new-comers about what sort of return rate you'll gain by having your employees treat us consumers with respect and make us feel important. Please? Store wise, it's very well stocked, and is looking great. It's the employees who have been working there for so long that seem to find us consumers an annoyance. EDITED TO ADD: I will no longer visit this store because of those persons.
