Had to exchange the box spring we purchased. Got it set up and approved by the salesman I purchased from. I got there to pick up the new one and a different salesman was there and he refused to let me pick up my new one. This salesman was rude and accusatory. So unprofessional he escalated the problem into a confrontation. This person has no clue how to deal with customers. Worst experience at a retail store ever.

We purchased a new mattress from Bob Rhoades in The Dalles. He offered a great deal and was very in tune to our needs with no high pressure sales. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great bed.

Dealing with Sleeptrain in The Dalles was a pleasure. They were helpful and understanding. We had to exchange a mattress that didnt fit us and they were very helpful and didnt give us any attitude or hassle. We exchanged the mattress for one that fit us better. In the future we will shop at Sleeptrain and I can recommend thier service and their large selection of mattresses.
